Payments must be completed through secure, authorized payment gateways. SUTRAALOOMS does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation- Placing an order does not constitute automatic acceptance. SUTRAALOOMS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to: Stock unavailability, Pricing or listing errors, Suspected fraudulent activity, Operational limitations.
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds- All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Website. Customers are advised to review the policy carefully before placing an order.
