We currently deliver across all serviceable locations within India.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available on select products and destinations, subject to availability and courier feasibility. Details will be communicated at checkout or via customer support.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2โ5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Products that are handwoven, festive collections, or made-to-order may require additional processing time. In such cases, estimated timelines will be clearly communicated before dispatch.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping & Dispatch
Once processed, orders are handed over to our trusted logistics partners.
Dispatch confirmation along with tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
SUTRAALOOMS ensures secure and appropriate packaging to protect delicate handloom fabrics during transit.

Standard delivery time: 5โ10 business days from dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability.
International Orders
Delivery timelines may vary between 10โ21 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated explicitly.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local levies as per the destination countryโs regulations.
These charges are borne solely by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Delays caused due to customs clearance are beyond the control of SUTRAALOOMS and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
